Hi I'm Sarah. I have a furnished double room available in Central Southsea, ideal for a professional or mature student. All bills and council tax included in the rent, except electricity as this depends on usage. Electricity will be split 50/50 each month.

I am a healthcare professional working at QA hospital and I am looking for a friendly and responsible person to share my home. On street parking available with a residents permit costing £30/year. There is a shared garden and shed storage for a bike.

You would have a double room with shared use of the kitchen/living room and bathroom.
