Looking for someone to take up my spare room, have had 3 lodgers in the past and all worked well.

Firstly, you must like animals. I have 4 dogs and a cat. Other pets welcomed.

I’m a young professional with a couple of small businesses working from home and tend to just chill in the evenings, with my affectionate pets. Looking for someone who’s clean and respectful, who likes a quiet weekend and perhaps occasionally enjoy a wine together.

The property consists of a front room, kitchen, toilet, and dining room downstairs, and then upstairs is your room, the bathroom, my working room, and my bedroom. Large garden with no direct back neighbours - making your room very quiet at night. Front forecourt with small gate.

This was a blank canvas when I moved in and it’s slowly turning into a cosy home, let me know if you’d like a viewing! Room comes with a double bed and wardrobe.
