Beautiful House & landlord lives out Thurs-Sun

Hi,

I have 1 furnished double bedroom for rent in my house - I work full time in the week but will be away from Thursday to Sunday most weeks, so you would have the house predominately to yourself.

I’m looking for someone clean and tidy who enjoys a calm relaxed home to come home to after work - anyone looking to move into the house needs to be happy to keep the house in good condition throughout please.

Happy to work on a short term basis and be flexible with moving out dates where required.

All bills are included except energy where I would ask for a 50% contribution per month (winter only).

Parking permits can be sourced at a small cost for the duration.
