There is a room available in our house on Manners Road, Southsea. I am moving to Chichester for a placement year, hence why the room is now available. The house is fully furnished with bills, WIFI, etc included in the cost. The room has a double bed, a large cupboard for storage/clothing, a desk and a TV as well. The 5 other tenants are also placement students and all are very easy to get along with. The house is 3mins from Fratton Station, 15 mins from the beach and about 20mins from University of Portsmouth (walking time) so is in a great location. Please let me know if you are interested.
