Single room available in Southsea, sharing with two professionals that are friendly and clean! Young professionals or mature students are welcome in the age range of mid to late 20s.

Comfortable sitting room, separate dining room and conservatory opening onto a spacious south facing garden.

Upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room.

Bed is included in the room but at the time the photo was taken, it hadn't arrived yet.

Well managed cosy house with fortnightly cleaning services for shared areas included.

Tenants pay their own bills but this is already set up with the current tenants. Bills will be split three ways.

We are looking for a chilled, friendly and sociable person to join our house share and someone that will respect elderly neighbours.

No smoking and no pets, however we do have a house mascot that is Jeeves the Hamster!
