I have a large room available to rent within my 2 bed flat.

The room is within a large quiet, clean flat, with a small balcony.

No Party Animals - This is a Quiet flat in a Quiet block.

No Couples.

The flat is perfectly situated between Portsmouth City Centre and Southsea.

Close to all Shops, Cafes , Bars and Gyms. Great transport links, 3 mins walk to Fratton Train Station for great links to London, bus stops all around, University Bus across the road, 15 mins walk to city centre, 15 mins walk to Albert Road Southsea and 30 mins walk to the beach.

Most Portsmouth University buildings are within 15 mins walk from flat.

Close to Continental Ferries and Southampton airport 20 mins by car or train. There is also on street parking directly outside and on nearby streets.

I am looking to share my flat with an honest, trustworthy, clean and tidy, person who is looking for a quiet place to stay and likes to have their own space.

This is my own home, so I am either working from home, or out attending courses. During my free time, I am either out Socialising, or at home chilling in front of my TV, listening to music, or doing my art and craft in my room.

The room comes furnished with Double Bed with storage space underneath, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Study Desk and Chair, Bookcase, Bedside Table, Bedside and desk Lamps, small chair and table and is Gas Central Heated.

You will have use of a Large Clean Bathroom, with over bath Shower and constant Hot water, the kitchen has a Microwave, Gas Hob/Electric Oven, Fridge Freezer and Washing Machine. There is also a small balcony for drying clothes.

The bills which are included in rent, are gas, electricity, water and Toob Wi-Fi.
