Local buses into town, stop 5 minute walk away and Fratton train station 20 minute walk away.

20 minute walk to Eastney beach. 5-10 minutes walk to both Milton Park and Bransbury Park.

Local shops and several take aways within a few minutes walk and more shops and cafes 5-10 minute walk away on Milton Road. Including hairdressers, green grocers, butchers, Co-Op convenience store etc. Large Tesco and Lidl 15 minute walk, 5 minute drive away.

It's a good spot and a nice house.

I am fairly laid back. My main line of work is sports development and rugby coaching and coaching course delivery. I'm pretty social, happy talk to anyone.

I'm not a clean freak, but do my best to keep the house tidy and clean and would expect the same of anyone moving in.

Current lodger is male, a recent post graduate from Portsmouth University and currently working in promotions. His work means that during the summer he will on occasion be away for 3 to 4 days at a time with work.

My preference would be for professionals.
