Single tenant wanted for Student property

I am looking for another University of Portsmouth !! STUDENT!! to take over my tenancy. I am not looking to swap tenancies.
The house is 30 Playfair road, about 10 minutes walk away from university buildings, and 5 minutes walk away from Albert road bars and pubs.
You would be sharing a toilet with one other person, and a shower. The house has a lovely garden and spacious living room and the current tenants are very friendly. The kitchen has two fridge freezers, a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher, plus a gas hob.
The move-in date is anytime from now. This is a student-only let so council tax isn't a consideration. Please shoot me an email or a text if interested, I will not be able to personally arrange viewings but will refer you to the estate agents who can.
