Looking for a professional person who needs a Mon-Fri lodger or Sunday evening - Friday type arrangement. You will have a double bedroom with a shared kitchen and bathroom although there are two bathrooms. There is a second sitting room which you can have primary access to. Excellent location 5 mins from Albert Rd and 15 minute walk to Southsea Palmerston Rd area, and seafront and 10 mins to Fratton railway station in the opposite direction. NB the walls in the bedroom are light blue, the ceiling light is glass and it’s reflecting and it looks odd on the photos.
