Hi, I have a spacious double room to rent in a very clean and quiet house, excellent location by the city center in 5 minutes walk to University, shopping centers, supermarket, seafront, train and bus, pharmacy, etc... It is totally furnished and with a fully equiped kitchen with two toilets and one bathroom, brand new washing machine and brand new tumble dryer, weekly cleaned all communal areas, and only shared with only 3 persons, all bills included apart from electricity, which is split between all tenants.

Minimum rental term is 6 months.
In the case of occupancy by couples it would be £700 all bills included apart from electricity which is shared between all tenants.
