Located in a vibrant family home (2 kids), this private basement room in Southsea offers a retreat with a shared entrance. It features a versatile double Murphy bed and cosy sofa, and a multi-functional coffee table that can also serve as a dining area. The ensuite includes a shower, toilet, and sink. We can provide additional furniture upon request.

All utilities, including internet, bills, and council tax, are included in the rent. Our home is conveniently situated near Southsea Common and just a short walk from the bustling Southsea town centre.

Although we share our home with two friendly dogs and a cat, they do not have access to the basement. The kitchen, which is on the ground floor and shared with the basement lodger, is fully equipped. Access to our small courtyard garden is available either directly from the basement via a short ladder or through the kitchen.

We welcome lodgers with pets (subject to discussion) and offer access to parking in the KD permit zone. Short term permits cost approximately £60 per month, while a longer stay permit is available for £120 a year.
