The university bus stop (free for students) is 5 minutes away, and Fratton station is within 15 minutes’ walking distance. The available room is large, furnished, and on the ground floor (see photos).
The house is spacious, with a dining room, a living room, a bathroom with a toilet, another toilet on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden. The rent is £437.50, excluding bills, and you should budget around £120 for bills (water, internet, and electricity).
About us, we are three quiet, hardworking, and sociable French girls. We prefer someone who shares these characteristics (no big partiers).
