We are looking for extremely clean, tidy and respectful PROFESSIONALS aged between 23-35 years of age in order to keep the culture and interests of the house aligned.

PROPERTY DETAILS:
• 5 furnished bedrooms
• 2 shared bathrooms
• Kitchen diner with all the necessities provided and each housemate with have privately labelled cupboard and fridge freezer space
*Note where tenants currently occupy the property/room, it may look different to that shown in the photos.
• Located in a vibrant area of Southsea, the house is perfectly located close by to all the local amenities and bus routes. To the north, the mainline train station is just a few minutes walk away and to the south, the ever-lively Albert Road and Southsea seafront is far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle, but close enough to visit by foot. The Pompey Centre with its Lidl and Tesco Superstores and fast food restaurants, as well as Fratton Park football ground, is also just a few minutes walk.
• Parking permits are required daily but only between the hours of 4PM-6PM. You should contact Portsmouth council to check the availability of permits.
TENANCY DETAILS:
• Working professionals PREFERRED (Masters or post-grad students considered but MUST be working too)
• Single tenancies ONLY (no couples or sharers)
• Rent paid monthly
• All bills included
• 5-week refundable deposit required OR you can use our deposit replacement scheme (subject to the below criteria - T&C’s apply).
