Double room to rent

Hi, I’m currently living with one housemate and my pet cats Tony and Dennis in a two bedroom property in central Southsea.

My current housemate is going away travelling around October/November time for a year so I’m looking for someone friendly and tidy to take her place when she leaves. The room is furnished with a double bed and clothes rail and some storage cubes. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. Also the house has a garden which is a lovely sun trap in the summer!
Happy if you’re a smoker as long as you smoke outside!
A bit about me: I work full time Monday to Friday, usually home in the evenings, I like to come home, cook and wind down and watch tv. Away some evenings, and go out with friends! So I won’t always be around and you can have the place to yourself.
