I have completed a full renovation of my Southsea home over the last 6 years, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Given a recent career change, I will be working away from Southsea on a regular basis - this let (available from mid September) will suit a young professional individual or couple who, for the most part, wish to enjoy the benefit of living in a home virtually to themselves, with minimal intrusion from others (though I will enjoy getting to know you on the occasion I’m around - glad to discuss my own routine more fully)!

The house is situated in a friendly neighbourhood (Portsmouth City Council Tax Band B) and is a 5-minute walk from Eastney beach. It has easy (2-minute walk) access to local convenience stores, and is a short (15-minute) walk to the pubs and restaurants on the Albert Road. Parking is on-street only - a residents parking permit can be arranged and paid for additionally, as required.
Monthly price is inclusive bills (utilities, WiFi) and Council Tax. Minimum term no less than 2-months; longer-term (up to 12 months) preferred. Security deposit 1 months rent.
