Double Room in Sunny Southsea

Hello,

I'm looking for a lodger for a lovely double room in my 2 bed house in Southsea.

You'd be living with me and my 2 year old miniature labradoodle so you must be okay with dogs. She's very friendly and playful but does have a tendency to bark at the doorbell! She comes to the office with me so wouldn't be left at home all day and she doesn't shed so no dog hair everywhere.

I work full time for a charity, splitting my time between going into the office and working from home. I tend to spend my weekends seeing friends or doing things around the house.

My house is located just off Albert Road and only a 20 minute walk to the sea front. I have a lovely little garden with patio table and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee in the sun or glass of wine in an evening. 20 minute walk to train station.

The available bedroom is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. The room comes furnished with a comfy double bed, wardrobe. It also comes with either a small fold up desk or a bookcase - whichever the lodger prefers.

Shared use of fully equipped kitchen, downstairs bathroom and dining/living room.

The room is not suitable for people working from home or couples.

The room is available from January 2025. Happy to consider short term and/or Mon-Fri type lets as well as full time.

£620 per month (7 days a week)
£520 per month (Mon - Friday)

All bills included, including council tax, WiFi and a regular cleaner.
