Replacement Tenant Needed

Hi I'm moving out into a so I need someone to fill my tenancy 🙂
The deposit is £350, rent is payable as £537.33 pcm or termly aswell, lovely private landlord and clean housemates who are really chill people.
Loads of facilities such as dryer, washing machine and dishwasher.
I have the biggest room which comes with loads of storage, a tv stand and a desk by the window and a comfy reading chair in the corner.
Bills are included aswell!
