1 bedroom available, shared kitchen and living area, as well as 2 bathrooms + garden. Light rooms, all equal sizes with a good amount of space and storage.

Location close to the university (walking distance as well as close to multiple bus stops for the free university bus). Close to shops, library, pharmacies and pubs/ social spaces, e. g. Albert Road.

Looking for a student for a replacement tenant immediately, due to one of the tenants (myself) suspending studies and needing to move away.

All tenants are friendly, and looking for a respectful and social person.

The contract is for 9 months, until 31st July 2025. Bills are excluded yet reasonably priced. Council tax is exempt.
