I'm a young Christian professional man who works school hours so I am around some evenings but gone fairly early in the morning.

I am charging for rent and all bills included, no other hidden or surprise charges at 450 a month or 112.50 a week depending on your length of stay.

Room is only available until February next year (2025) as my Fiancée will be moving in.
