Single bedroom onto garden in quiet tidy flat

Looking for someone to share my garden basement flat with who LIKES CATS. 30 seconds from Albert Road shops and bars so great location. I’m very quiet, kind, keep to myself, have 2 cats and a clean and tidy home that’s my pride and joy. Lovely garden you can use with patio doors opening from the bedroom. Envisaging the room being almost a studio flat in itself with table and chairs to eat in and an arm chair etc. Currently have a fold out single bed chair but can discuss with you your preference and buy a single bed instead. Happy to move furniture around to suit your needs too. Kitchen and bathroom shared with me and my two cats. Bills and Wi-Fi included. Have a washing machine but no dryer. Can arrange a permit for on street parking in the area.
