1 couple living here and 1 older gentleman who works a lot, I am looking for a quiet and ideally single professional, only 1 of these rooms is up for grabs, so whichever is taken first will be the only rented, other will be used for personal use, all bills are included, either room can be furnished or unfinished, drop me a message for any other details.
