Very homely 2 bedroom flat, with lovely neighbours. It has a balcony coming off the kitchen too, which gets the sunrise!
First floor, not many stairs.
Parking is available if you register a vehicle with the council (£30 a year permit).
I have lived here for 5 years and am moving to London (otherwise I would never leave!). It's been a great home and in a good location.

British Gas are current Utility Bills. Normally around £70 a month.
Internet £30 a month
