Small Double Room

My name is Michaela and I live in central Southsea. I'm a young professional who works from home 2 days a week.

I have a small double bedroom semi-furnished with a double bed and ikea pax wadrobe, and you're free to decorate if you see fit.

Although the bathroom is not ensuite, there is a seperate toilet room from the bathroom, so we will both have our own sink as it were.

There is a dog and 2 cats in the property, but I am very organised and the animals will not have free access to the room. Otherwise, I am clean, tidy and hygenic when it comes to their care.

The parking is on street, but it's permitted and availability is good.

There is a shared living room, with a TV, an amazon firestick and PS4, as well as a shared kitchen and dining room (with table).

There is a washing machine in the outhouse and a small grassy garden.

I'm looking for a contribution of £500.00 including bills and council tax.
