The parking is on street, but it's permitted and availability is good.
There is a shared living room, with a TV, an amazon firestick and PS4, as well as a shared kitchen and dining room (with table), with a dishwasher, smart oven and microwave.
There is a washing machine and tumbledryer in the outhouse and a small grassy garden.
I'm looking for a contribution of £700.00, including bills and council tax.
