Double room with retired couple.

We are retired and have a nice clean large double room in our house in Southsea. We are 5 mins from Fratton Station, and 15 mins walk from Portsmouth Uni. We are looking for a mature, sensible, quiet person, who isnt going to roll in drunk and noisy all the time. The room has wireless broadband. There is a large clean kitchen, washing machine etc that you can use, and a bathroom with shower. The room has two large double wardrobes and over cupboards, so loads of storage. You are free to share our lounge if you wish. There is on street parking. We would like somebody who is looking at long term if possible, but minimum of 6 months would be ok. The room is available from August 30th, and is £375 per calendar month IN ADVANCE, with £150 security deposit required. Usual bills included but not telephone. Maximum 4 weeks per calendar year half rate payable during holidays. Full rate payable during any other holiday periods. Please feel free to call or email with any questions.
