Students are welcome, the rent is £800 for 2 people excluding bills,
1 north Indian couple is already living in other bedroom.
You will get seperate toilet& washroom and a huge spacious kitchen and landlord lives away in southampton.
House is in posh residential area close to sea and canoe lake
Currently a couple is living in flat and they will be vacating on 31st august.
7-8 mins walking to festing road bus station where university bus comes.
Deposit will be 6 weeks advance close to 1110£ for 2 people combined which is 555 for 1 approx
Room can be shared between 2 persons.
