Hi! I'm Dom, 34 working professional and I'm on the look out for -1 housemate- for my recently decorated home. The 4 bed house is a quiet and cosy house located in Southsea, perfect for post graduates or working professionals.
There is permitted street parking.

All of the bedrooms are nicely furnished (furnishing changes can be discussed) with access to a shared bathroom, dining room kitchen and lounge.
Bills all inclusive - Gas, water, electricity, council tax, TV, internet.

Located within walking distance to Guildhall (10mins), Southsea Common (18mins), Kings theatre (10 mins), Fratton Station (15 mins). Asda, Lidl, Waitrose are all within walking distance.
