Double Room – £500 ALL BILLS IN, Friendly House +

Hello!

I’ve got a spare room going ASAP. You’d be subletting from me—I’m the only tenant here, just looking for someone cool to share the place.

Rent’s £500 a month, all bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax, Wi-Fi — the lot).

The house isn’t modern or fancy — but it’s cosy, lived-in, and totally workable.

You will be renting the larger bedroom :)

There’s a small garden and a friendly little dog who loves attention. The garden needs some work - so if you are green fingered ideal!

Heads up: Friends pop in and out regularly, so it’s a pretty social vibe. If you want total quiet or need to hibernate for studying, this might not be your place.
