Looking for a house mate! Spacious double room

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to move in in September, in Southsea, Portsmouth.

It’s a spacious two-bedroom house near Highland Road Cemetery, with a shared bathroom, home office, living room and kitchen, and a small garden and a washing machine.

It's available for £625 per month, excluding bills, in council tax band B. I'm looking for someone to replace my current housemate, who is moving out. I am just confirming what the deposit would be, but I am fairly sure its 1.5 months rent.

I’m an easygoing, outdoorsy person — I work as a researcher at the university and travel quite a bit for work (and fun). When I’m around, I like a calm, tidy space, but also enjoy a good chat over coffee, dinner, or whatever is good on Netflix. I scuba dive, swim and hike when I can, but also enjoy chilling on the weekends, doing yoga and reading.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone sociable, tidy, and who has a similar lifestyle. Maybe you work in academia or research, or just appreciate a low-key, relaxed home with a bit of personality. If you're into nature and the ocean, we’ll probably get along.
