House Share in Southsea

I am a friendly working Gay adult professional, who enjoys peace but also music and socialising on some occasions.

Double bedroom to rent in clean and tidy shared house, beautifully designed by me. The location is Central/East Southsea, near walking distance to all amenities including: Lidl/Tesco Extra/ Aldi supermarkets and small Coop, a 15 min walk to the canoe lake, 15 min to Southsea Pier, 10 min to the bars and restaurants/shops of Albert Road and 15 min to Fratton train Station.

We will share the bathroom, kitchen and garden, the living room and cloakroom downstairs are for my use only.
This is an adult LGBT household , my ideal tenant is an adult working professional tenant, who is fully house-trained and autonomous, that can cook and clean after themselves, keep my house clean in tidy and don't disturb with noise of phones, unexpected night visits, PC/TV noise or else between the hours of 11pm and 8am daily.
You are respectful to me and my neighbours, no parties or drunk events, as well as no access to unauthorised guests.

Your room has a double bed and fully furnished with table, 2 chairs, electric points with two USB B/C sockets and a wardrobe, I provide linen/ pillows/ duvets for summer/winter and towels, unless you bring your own. It is up to you. The window has a blind and curtain and there is a radiator with double window.
The room is newly designed with a brand new wall panelling and freshly painted, I wish to keep it pristine therefore I will require weekly access to your room to check that all is kept as provided.

Your room must be kept clean and tidy, no food or empty bottles must be left to rot over, and my cleaner has access to all rooms to clean weekly, including your room. I respect your room privacy and expect the same for me.

The monthly rent includes all bills.

The kitchen has all appliances possible, including washing machine and dishwasher.

Broadband is very fast and available throughout.
Parking is on the street, usually quite good and requires a permit during the hours of 4 to 6pm. I can provided guest passes if needed.
