We are looking for 6 extremely clean, tidy and respectful PROFESSIONAL TENANTS or MATURE STUDENTS (must be working) aged between 21-40 years of age in order to keep the culture and interests of the house aligned.

No couples, sorry.
No naval base workers, sorry.

PROPERTY DETAILS:

• 6 furnished bedrooms
• 2 communal bathrooms
• 1 separate W/C
• Comfortable lounge w/ smart TV
• Kitchen with all the necessities provided and each housemate with have privately labelled cupboard and fridge freezer space

• Located right in the heart of Southsea, you will be a 5 minute walk away from the seafront and right off the ever-lively Osbourne Road and Palmerston Road renowned for it's nightlife and plethora of convenience day-to-day shopping. The also ever-lively Albert Road is just a 5-10 minute walk away.

• Zone KC parking permits required. You should contact the local council to check availability.

TENANCY DETAILS:

• Working professionals ONLY (Masters or post-grad students considered but MUST be working too)
• Single tenancies ONLY (no couples or sharers)
• Minimum term 6 months
• Rent paid monthly
• All bills included
• 5-week refundable deposit required OR you can use our deposit replacement scheme (subject to the below criteria - T&C’s apply).

TENANT CRITERIA:

• Must provide proof of identity and right to rent in England
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 30x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address and a landlord reference if you are currently renting

If you do not meet any of the above criteria, we may ask for a guarantor.

GUARANTOR CRITERIA (IF REQUIRED):

• Must provide proof of identity
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address in the UK
• Must also provide an employment, and landlord reference where applicable, if you wish to use the deposit replacement

If you do not have a suitable UK based guarantor, you may be able to use our guarantor scheme instead (please ask for details).
