Our best ever shared house! A newly refurbished shared house in a tucked away location in the heart of Southsea. All rooms are en suite, all newly relfurbished and many rooms are a good size, some with a sofa! There is a communal lounge with kitchen area, a second kitchen and even a separate laundry room. This property is large, impressive communal areas and one not to miss in our view. Please note all rooms are single occupancy unless stated in order to comply with local licensing regulations. We will require a credit checks, references, and proof of income. You may also require a guarantor (international students will ALWAYS require a guarantor) Strictly non smokers only.
