A furnished double room available to rent in a 2-bed house, available immediately.

The house is located very close to Fratton train station and Lidl. The room is east-facing, has new laminate flooring, and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A desk or shelves can be added if required.

On-street parking is available, and there is a secure bike hoop in the garden. The street is quiet with respectful neighbours.

Bills are included, including fast fibre internet.

I am a live in landlord and work from home 2 days a week (3 days in the office). I do have a cat. I’m quite an active person, but really value having a calm, peaceful and comfortable home. I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset who enjoys a relaxed, respectful living environment.

Short lets are considered, but ideally the room would be let for a fixed term of 6 months to 2 years.
