Double room

Hi,

I have a lovely double room available to rent in my warm and cosy home. I’m a live-in landlord, and the house is conveniently located in Southsea, just a short walk from the train station.

I share the space with my cat, Pixie — she spends most of her time indoors, so it’s important that you’re comfortable living with animals.

The house has three rooms in total, plus a shared living room. Two of the rooms are bedrooms and the third is an office — I usually work from home two days a week, and the internet is fast and reliable.

I’m quite an active person but really value having a peaceful and comfortable home, so I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset. I’ve rented this room before and really enjoy sharing my space — and I’ve also been on the other side as a tenant, so I understand what makes a good living arrangement.
