Double Room in Southsea

Room available in friendly, social house in a great location.

Sharing with 2 girls in our 20s, we have a furnished double room available in our home.

We’re looking for a third housemate to join our social but relaxed household. We enjoy spending time together (the occasional wine, chats, or nights out), but also respect each other’s space and downtime.

The house has:
• 2 full bathrooms between 3 people
• Shared kitchen, lounge, and garden

Located in a great area, just a 5-minute walk from Fratton train station and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars.

We’re ideally looking for someone clean, friendly, and sociable who’ll fit in well with the house dynamic.

Bills are split between housemates and are not included in the rent.
