Single room with own bathroom

Clean, tidy house lived in by a mother and her 2 female children aged 16 and 19.
We are near many shops and amenities and a 10 minute walk from Fratton train station.
We have had lodgers for many years and always strive to find someone suitable to live with us in our family home!
Most lodgers have stayed for a considerable amount of time - our last being nearly 3 years.
