One upstairs - has no furniture
But I’ve got a bed frame and brand new double mattress if you’re desperate.

Downstairs room is furnished.

Downstairs room is £140 a week all bills included
Upstairs is £125 a week all bills included.

The thing is
There’s no carpet on the stairs yet as can’t get a carpenter to fix the bannister which is slightly wobbly. Once bannister is fixed new landing and stair carpet can be fitted.
