The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one downstairs toilet, one shower for the two boys to share and a separate shower and toilet for the girls. The rest of the housemates are in their 2nd year of University and all attend the University of Portsmouth.
There's a small garden through the back door of the shared kitchen that's also connected to a shared living room space.
In the kitchen there's a drying rack available, a washing machine and a ironing board.
There's a big TV in the living room space with two sofas and 2 separate outlets on either side of the room. Including two more outlets in the kitchen appliances.
The house is located near the Southsea Highstreet where local super markets like Sainsburys and Tesco Express are available.
The bus stops that take students to the University are just down the road and round the corner. Additionally, Fratton train station is only a 15 minute walk away.
All utility bills and tax are covered by the landlord and included in the monthly rent.
