Double room in 2 bedroom house

Hiya,

I'm looking for a new housemate to join me in a 2 bedroom house in Southsea. The new tenant will need to go on the lease (TBC lease change costs)

The room is upstairs and has a west facing window and built-in hanging closest. Will come unfurnished.

The current lease is up mid November, so ideally I'd like you to stay until then, and then there will be option to renew. I've lived in the property for a year already and so although there will be furniture my housemate is taking some with them. (So if you have it, fine, if not I'll be purchasing the rest for the communal areas)

Looking for someone who is relaxed, sociable and in full time work and also likes cats. Happy for you to have friends over etc, but not necessarily massive parties ! Ideally someone like-minded too.

We have a garden (which needs some work) and there are a couple living areas, so plenty of space. There is also an upstairs bathroom & downstairs loo.

Photos are from when we originally leased the house, I'll take more once it's a bit more tidy.

Move in date is flexible fyi
