Description
Hiya,
I'm looking for a new housemate to join me in a 2 bedroom house in Southsea. I'll be taking over the lease, and then you'll be added as a legal occupier (£50 fee)
The room is upstairs and has a big west facing window and built-in hanging closest. Will come unfurnished. It's a good size with plenty of space for bed, dresser, desk and lots of light.
The current lease is up mid November, so ideally I'd like you to stay until then, and then there will be option to renew. I've lived in the property for a year already and so although there will be furniture my housemate is taking some with them, so open to the new person bringing some of their own if it works!
Looking for someone who is relaxed, sociable and in full time work and also likes cats. Happy for you to treat the house as yours and have friends over etc. I'm pretty relaxed during the week and hang out with friends and then mostly out and about on the weekends.
We have a garden (which needs some work come summer) and there are a couple of living areas, so plenty of space. There is also a big upstairs bathroom & downstairs loo, plus kitchen is a good size, and theres also a loft (loads of storage) and extension behind the kitchen with loads of space.
Photos are from when we originally leased the house, more to come soon !
Move in date is flexible, but around mid to late Feb.
If interested, please send a bit about yourself and when you're available to view.
Thank you, Jacqui
