Lovely furnished king size room in our home

My husband and I have a very large bedroom to rent and are looking for a professional person. There is a bathroom which is primarily for the sole use of the room although I do use it for a shower in the evening . We would prefer a professional female or male to share with, non smoking (vaping is fine) and no pets as we have a French bulldog who is very friendly and two cats. The kitchen is very large and has a sofa and tv that is a communal area and we also have a sitting room that is just for us. Bills are included and that includes 1 Gb/s full fibre broadband and professional house cleaners once a month. Parking requires a permit which is not included and can be arranged with the council for £120 per year (permits are only required between 16.30 and 18.30 each day.
