The House is located 5min from Albert Road which is the best place to live in Southsea! The train station is only 10min walk so this really is the best location! Remember if you’re in your 20s and new to Portsmouth the only place to live is Southsea, location location location!
The house has unlimited 100mb high speed fibre internet, virgin tevo box, washing machine, American fridge freezer, south facing garden and large conservatory.
The landlord doesn't live in the house which is better than living with the owner, in their home as a lodger sharing their things
The kitchen and boiler have just been replaced so this is a great time to move in!
There is no agency fees to pay so save you loads of money.
The bills are included except gas and elec and the deposit is protected by the government deposit protection scheme.
