Cheap Single Room to Let Milton Southsea

I have a small, nicely decorated room to let in my home in Milton from November. House is well decorated, comfortable and clean. It's close to the Portsmouth University Langstone campus and the sea front. It's on the city bus route, including the free uni bus route. It's also within walking distance of the city train station. There are no problems with on-street parking in the area which is unusual for Portsmouth and Southsea. Room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and small bedside drawer unit. It also has a digital aerial point and wireless broadband access. Current household are professional, plus one old and quiet pet dog. The house would suit a professional or over-seas student. The room is 60 per week, all bills inclusive. There is also the use of push bike if needed. The room is definitely worth viewing. Please contact Paula if interested.
