Room available in a well-located house in Southsea (PO4 area). Just a few minutes from Lidl, close to Fratton station, and around 10–15 minutes from the University and Commercial Road. The seafront is also within easy reach.

The house has a shared kitchen and a comfortable living room with a big TV, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The room comes with a brand new double bed and mattress. I’m also very flexible and happy to help you make the room your own – whether that’s repainting or adding anything you need.

You’ll be sharing with a laid-back professional (30) who works full-time and is also studying. Into the gym, running, socialising, and cooking. The house has a relaxed, friendly, and respectful vibe.

I have a cat, so ideally looking for someone who likes animals and would enjoy having a pet around.
