You will have shared use of the kitchen and upstairs bathroom and there is also a cosy living room and small garden with seating area. No smoking in the house but in the garden is fine.

Please note:- there is WiFi but it is not a very strong connection, so may not be suitable for students working mainly at home.

Extra info:- I have two cute house bunnies that live with me. They do have full use of downstairs so you will need to be ok with that!
