Whilst this is technically a room for rent, in reality you will have the house mainly to yourself most of the time as I am rarely needing to stay there just the odd day here and there every few months. So a whole house for the price of just a room.
It's a lovely quiet street and a really bright sunny house to live in.

Master bedroom (double) is for rent
Brand new mattress, bed, sofa

Fantastic really sunny garden
Walk in minutes to Fratton station, huge supermarkets, stores, bus stop into town, pubs etc
The property needs to be kept clean and tidy as it's up for sale and there are occasional booked in viewings. 2 months notice will be given if it sells but it is a very slow sales market so I'm not expecting much traction.
For a couple share please add £150 a month to the rental price
