We are looking for a professional to rent this wonderful room we have available. I am a current tenant and myself and my other tenant are lovely people who work for the NHS. We are clean, tidy and very welcoming so we are looking for a working professional , someone who is similar to us can socialise and help us look after this really nice place. We are very close to the beach and located in a great area in Southsea with everything close by and plenty of activities to suit your interests. Parking is on street, we are in Council Tax Band A. There are very good transport links if you require public transport. The room is very spacious and very good for storage and we are located in a quiet friendly neighbourhood where you can feel right at home. Feel free to send me a message for more details.
