Double room in renovated house 5 mins from sea

Hi, we’re a friendly, active, mid-20s couple looking for a housemate to share our home.

We love being busy and our pastimes include sea swimming, kite surfing, hosting BBQs, gigs and outdoor activities. We've spent the last year and a half renovating the house and are loving life with our new garden with a firepit, hammock and bike/kit/tool sheds. We’re easygoing, social and trying to be more environmentally friendly (bike instead of driving if poss, reducing plastic, conscious of where our food comes from).

Location:
5 mins walk to the beach (Coffee Cup cafe)
5 mins walk to a tesco or co-op
1 min walk to bus stop
Near Eastney Tavern & Sir Loin of Beef pubs
6 mins walk to Broadway Coffee then a little further to Albert Rd

Room/House:
Recently renovated (new carpet, paint etc) double room with built in wardrobe/drawers, large chest of drawers and room for a desk.
The house is a Victorian terrace with a huge garden and parking permit available. We finished renovating the kitchen/bathroom last year and are currently repainting the living and dining rooms (hence no photos just yet, but it’s nearly done!).

Ideal housemate:
We think we'd get on well if you're open minded and share some of our interests or are just generally down to do things. Even if it's just hanging out in the garden/watching a film/going to the pub.
