Friendly, housemate wanted to join us in lovely large house. (no live in landlord) The House is located conveniently near the Sea Front and the common so a perfect location!!

We are in our 20s and have jobs in portsmouth after either travelling or recently qualifying from uni. We enjoy socialising with each other and going out in the evening for a few drinks.

The room is a massive double with a en-suite

The house is very large with high ceilings and loads of space including living dinning with large TV, kitchen, conservatory, basement, external terrace, bike store, and massive boarded loft for storage.

The house benefits from new modern bathroom with both shower and bath, and a seperate downstairs toilet and 2 further ensuites so the house has 4 toilets and 3 showers + a bath!! The house has a kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with leather seats, virgin tv + widescreen tv, modern decorations/lighting, 50mb broadband (unlimited) wireless internet. There is a conservatory which is good for drying clothes etc.

The bills are included and thats it sorted. (Basically if your after a all inclusive deal this is the best of both worlds as the bills are a fixed price with full control to where the money is going, no fuss with working out individual bills) Its basically like having your own studio flat with the cost of a house share.

The house is really well located 100m from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the local shops, restaurants and pubs of southsea shopping centre, the location really is great why live in the middle of portsmouth when you can be this close to the sea!!

Parking on the seafront in the evenings is free.
