Double room to let

Hi,

I have a large, double, furnished room to rent in a 3 bed terraced house. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
The house is fully furnished. Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge, downstairs wc, sun lounge and garden. Cable tv and broadband.
I am looking for a friendly, professional to join our home. We are outgoing professionals who enjoy the odd night out but also nights in having beer, a chat and a laugh.
