Rooms to let in victorian house by the sea

We have a double room available on a short term let until the 30th June 2022 in our house on the second floor fully furnished. The room is spacious with lots of storage space, a sofa, table and a double bed.

Rent includes all bills except a landline. All tenants have wifi access and Virgin TV in the communal room. We have a cleaner who comes in once a week to clean the communal areas, kitchen and bathrooms. This is all included in the rent.

We are happy to conduct house viewings in person or virtually.

The house is two minutes from the beach and Palmerston Road and about ten minutes walk form Gunwharf Quays. The nearest train station is Portsmouth & Southsea which is less than a mile away, there is a regular bus service at the bottom of the road and a lockable bike store in the garden. There is a residents parking permit scheme in operation and free overnight parking at the end of the street. (KC Parking zone).
