We have a double furnished room available on the top floor of our 7 bed house, from the 20th October.

Both rooms are double furnished rooms on the third floor.

The house is fully furnished and the shared kitchen, diner is of a high specification. Included in the rent is Now TV and a cleaner who comes in weekly to clean the bathrooms and kitchen. There is a separate laundry room.

It is an easy going house, plenty of people to socialise with but also plenty of space if you fancy some time on your own. The location is in the middle of Southsea, close to the sea, shopping and public transport.

The area is residential permit parking, which we can help you obtain from the council, we also have secure bike storage in the back garden.
